I did this last night.
You wont beleave what happened to me this morning, so as soon as I woke up, I tried to turn over, I rased my head up but I did something wroung because it cracked, it was loud sharp and painful, now my neck and shoulder is all cramped up and it hurts like he.ll, I couldnt turn my head any movement and it would spass, its a little better now but still hurts pretty bad.
