Here's your time cupid dragon!
(He's demonic, sorry if you wanted angelic. :L And feel free to change the gender. There's no difference. Also, his paws are dark brown with black claws.)
He is the largest demonic cupid dragon, and is often spoken about to kids.
He has the abilities to slow time, speed it up, time travel, teleport, and see into the future. The clocks on both of his wings allow him to do these. However, he only uses these powers to stop massive incoming disasters from occuring.
Wingspan- 5IO meters
The thick black marks are his venting shafts. Feel free to give them more detail.

I love the intricacy and lore behind this species. This one in particular is very fun to look at.
