Oh boy, this does not look pretty, but it's not supposed to be.
This is more or less a reference for a shapeshifting/skin taking race of creatures that fit themselves into the skins of others or morph their bodies to look like others.
They have gray flappy skin that folds over itself making it look fat (also a tail which is not always visible)
