have u thought about looking into community college in ur state? idk how it is outside of mississippi but if you check what the cc's offer u can get for free for a high act score. that and i know of a website called fastweb.com where u can make a profile and enter ur specifics as far as college and majors and it gives u a list of scholarships that match ur specifications
