i can't quite tell you what the initials O.U stand for though...it would be spoilers.

O.U travels to different Au's to kind of, moniter them. she helps protect the universes with her powers. you know, the occasional gaster blast to the face. it always does the trick.
she can hold on to other's souls (just like sans) how ever, O.U isn't a sans, but you could classify her as one.

Spoiler Alert?: O.U stands for Olive Unthrift and Olive here is not a sans(even though she kinda looks like one?). Also there are no gasterblasters that she uses.(That idea was not good eversince the beggining)
