Casper appears to have a human figure with Japanese/American heritage, but leaning more towards the Japanese side. His face can work like an actual TV, and express emotion to entertain people. Often in a nervous state, he gets anxious to the point of depersonalization, and has little to no control of his movement & speech. Other than that, he seems to be lured to humans by retro games, anything in the 70s & beyond, and battery acid.
