Natural Masks by SoulHound
Zeharu's have natural masks, not all of them and some are unique to certain species.
Most masks are just a darker color than the Zeharu's regular skin color, but Nekana is different, her natural color is so dark her mask is white and combined with her eyes, can be hypnotic to look at.
The Zeharu's who don't have these are the Raven, Nightmare, After-Life and Man-made.
The rest should have them, even abnormals, but there's so many details, that I've been forgetting to add it. #BHZeharu

Royals, Ice, Storm, Darkness, Nature, Water, Fire, Poison, Soul-Thief, Air, Time and Galaxy all have masks.
Nekana's mask has the extra white dots between the scars on her snout.
Orion's mask melts into the scars on his snout.
Nico and Nekana's both sweep further back to their top horns.
I had to specify this because some weren't noticing the masks and I, myself, keep forgetting x'D

Not currently sure if the Earth Variant will have a mask or not. It'll be revealed later with his full design.

Ohhh, I didn't even know they had masks. X'D So are they things they can take off, or are they just kinda face decals?

No @Fading, lol, they can't take their masks off, they're born with them. If you notice, all but 1 drawing of Soryn, in his dragon form, I've drawn him with his mask.

Also, since Nekana has the slits on the sides of her snout, does that mean she has hearts there too?

Okay, because I remember that however many slits there are, that's how many hearts the Zeharu has. But I've never really paid attention to what I've read in the past, so I may be making wrong assumptions. X'D

How ever many scars they have, the stronger their breath attack. Lol
Their hearts are usually located in the scars on their long winding bodies, not their face or arms
