My body is different, I'm not very active only during the spring and summer when we are out side all the time, last spring we fixed the rock wall up frount, I moved rocks well over a foot around and weighting almost as much as me, every day for a week, also cutting down small trees 5 inches around or smaller but still a pia. the year before we took down a mound in the yard and I pulled and dug up roots out the ground, those suckers have a grip, we also leveled out the old veg garden.
So with manuel laber I'm fine, my mind is focused and its not all at once, but daily exersize, we'll call it ''home exersize'' my body doesnt like, I know its good for me, but I dont like it...not fun enuff XD.

nail on the head, but it doesnt hurt to bad x), we kiyak[sp] in the summer too, hoping we might get to hike this year.
