Look, I'm always asking for things I can work on with my art. Heck I ask you to be rude to me about it. But I'm saying when someone judges my own actions that I feel I was made to do, it's something else. It hurts. A lot. I'm not changing who I am because someone told me to.
Now getting that out of the way, I've been in a really bad struggle drawing on my 3DS [I drew this a week ago] and have started enjoying traditional art more. I found out I suck at realistic wolves but I think I do cats pretty ok-ish, at least by my standards. And lemme tell you I'm filled with hope by that because I've been planning a painting I've wanted to do for a lil less than 2 years and I'm one step closer.

I'm not following you buuut. Let me tell you something. I have the very same personality. And well I'm a mostly self-taught artist! I came to this place and boy I have improved. My art used to suck a lot, but I didn't give up on this little device! Everytime I saw a piece of art-work that I thought was awesome. I was all like "I can try to do that". And I watched other people draw I love they're styles I dreampt the day where I could have cool art like them. I had the imagintation but didn't have the skill or experience. I don't have the art style I've always wanted but I've developed one that I really love and I still am improving to this day. No one is perfect and no artist starts out amazing. If you really want it, you'll get it! But it will take time just as everything does in this world. Keep going is all I can say. ;)

i have the same problem....not from colors as much but from my life.....Ya know Razor right? well i was 10 or 11 and she was trying to teach me to draw better than what i was at! i still hate my art but each day i will look at other pples art and say "hmmmm i might want to try that bit there?" but all im saying is it took me AWHILE to get where im at now and your art is getting a lot better.....just heres a tip: If you mess up,learn. If you dont like the way your art looks,try something new.And most important, work slowly,move around to a comfortable spot and let your imagination take over...and i promise you when you do this,your art CAN improve.....Also NEVER NEVER EVER change who you are! you are perfect no matter what and who ever said that stuff.....well block them! Report them! If you need to tell us who said this we will help u bc we love you and your art
