The color in the eyes is nice! I would maybe add a bit more color to the hair and skin. When I draw portraits I try to notice the overall skin tone and use that as my base. Then add darker areas and highlights as needed. It's a lot about observation. Sometimes there are little highlights in places you wouldn't expect. Anyways nice drawing though!
