Troy used to be an angry tough kid, then an angry tough kid with a soft side, and now he's a pansy that always tries to act cool. :U
I found a book with a bunch of my fifth grade art in it, and there was the very first drawing of Troy from 2O13!! :O (it's not the same Troy in this picture though, the Troy on the left is the 2OI4 version.)

Bummer that I didn't even put the date on it. All I know is that I created him some time between March-April 2013.

Ah yes that moment when your characters change a little too much.
Do you see my character Alexandre (The black & white french dude with a pokerface)? At first, he was supposed to be a sadistic fancy sicko that is composed & who speaks well and who's arrogant af.
now he's... the guy that never stand straight, who speaks like a teenager (he curses everytimes & speaks like a french brat) & who's definitly not composed. (I've only drawn him calm but he's the guy who screams/panic/get embarassed/awkward way too easily.)
so... yeah he ended up as the exact opposite x'DD He used to be a sadistic sicko in his backstory and now he's litterally Mr. Peace & love anti bully.
I always start with an idea and ends up as the opposite lol

tbh Troy looks perfect as he is now!:D It's always funny to see how much a character change, ha ha xD
