I drew the Hooligang Leader again. This time it's him when he's like, 13. Official canon: Under his shades he has ridiculous poorly-drawn anime eyes. And a bad temper because peeps always be makin' fun of 'em. I did better than usual on this, and Asileeon wanted me to post it.

Re: Thank you for the suggestion it's a nice name and I may use it for a future character. I named her Andrea before I saw your comment. Also this is a very nice drawing! I've not been able to do this pose decently yet.
