Drawing perfect circles can be pretty hard. But, they're actually not really needed when you're drawing, unless you're drawing a planet or something like that. A cruddy circle or oval can do just fine if you're familiar enough with the anatomy what you're drawing! (if it's a living thing)
Also, drawing circles gets easier with time. I used to have so much trouble drawing them, now it's not hard for me to draw decent ones.
