Queen Kyria Skia, the last ruler of the fallen kingdom of dragons. Despite being such high royalty, she wears no crown, because the royal crown was stolen from her when the kingdom was overthrown. The jewel in her forehead is the source of her magic, giving her psychic abilities. Smash it, and she is unable to manipulate this power.
Ahhh, it feels good to be drawing again! Forgive me for the poor background, though, I wasn't sure what to draw for it XP

Her design looks so powerful and important!Must be the bold red on black, and are those symbols, or runes on her scales? Her horns are a magnificent crown! Very nice jewels as well, they match quite elegantly.
