Pretty much a double OC for both the Sonic AND Black*RockShooter franchises. Phantasia is a new Apostle exclusive to RE: The Game. In battle, she uses a Spectral Trumpet. Seemingly harmless, it has a very peculiar sound frequency that only Stocks (Mobius' inhabitants) can hear. Similar to the banshee, anyone who has heard her music has committed various forms of suicide. Her unique gimmick is her animal species being ambiguous.
