some more info on wilson:

he isn't made of shadow or dark matter, his scales are simply pitch black.
he is usually quite smug, but can get angry/flustered easily.
the "spikes" on his head are just horns. they can't move or anything.
terrified of bugs. even things like caterpillars or butterflies.
he's pretty lazy and expects everyone to wait on his hand and foot (or claw and claw).
