Re: nah, it isn't cause of stress.. i just have the moments once every month where i'll just break down crying, for some reason, pain is soothing and it calms me down.. i didn't stop crying till after i did that and now i'm a bit more cheerful.. though yes it is bad to do this but for now till i think of something else, this is what i resort to.
