Guess now's a time as any to say why's the reason Gwen isn't around in the morning. Reason's are Gwen is actually not a human. Only half human, her other half is actually werewolf. She hides herself around midnight in a far dark area in the woods to hide her secret. Not gross or deformed. She infact looked like a full wolf. But it is only strong at night time. Gwen is more human in the day time.
And that's why Gwen is gone at night till late morning.
