Spade: "Oh... right... I was just wondering... Pac mentioned that you and him fought some kind of.. what did he say.. "Alligator Man". In a small village about 6 miles away... Did... he, uhh... k-kill anyone?"

Spade: *Winces* "Oh... um... sorry to talk about it... it's just I used to... uh... never mind... Do you know... who was killed- actually... nevermind... you probably wouldn't know..."

Spade: "I'm sorry to ask... but... can you tell me if you saw a redheaded woman who looked a tiny bit like me... Was... she... one one the... v-victims..?

Spade: *Makes a choking sound, as if about to cry* "I-Is that... right..? D-Did you hear her say... anything..? *Holds hand to face, but manages to hold back tears."

Spade Winces again. "Thanks for the details..." He then takes a long but shaky breath. "It's fine... I doubt she was going to say anything sensible anyway..."

Spade gags. "Eugh.... yeah... well... I suppose... it was pretty easy to guess who she was... I guess I'm just... I know I'm not the only one here who lost their parents, but... well... it's not like she had much longer, anyway... You mind if I tell the whole story? I just... think I should tell someone."

Spade: "Alright... So... around 8 years ago, there was a really bad plague speaking through the area... it.. took my father and my 2 brothers... I was so upset, I just stayed in my room for months... that's why my eyes are always squinted, I'm not used to sunlight... But my mother... she took it the worst... she was so upset, she just pretended they were all still alive for years, and, somehow, managed to convince herself... She just constantly making extra dinners, cleaning empty rooms, until one day I got upset at her. I was always the least favorte child, so my parents always ignored me... It was infuriating, watching my mother ignore me for someone that wasn't even there... we had a fight. She... kicked me out. I decided to become an apothecary, so I could cure diseases like the one that tore my family apart, so no one could end up like my mo t her... I... didn't want to return to my mother until I had proved I could be son to be proud of... but... I guess I'll never get the chance..." *Spade is looking down* "Sorry... I don't usually talk that much... I guess I just needed to vent..."

Spade: "Oh no, there's no need for you to apologize... I guess we both had it tough, huh?"

Spade: "Do you hear something?"

Spade: "Sure..." *He puts a hand on his bow*
