He was banished to the human world because he pissed off the wrong god. He is forced to be tethered to a human till they pass. He must listen to their commands but it doesn't stop him from having a little fun. (as he'd say "what they don't know won't hurt me")
Abilities: can shift the emotions in humans (ex: lovers will suddenly dispise another) But he can nit to thoses of his master.
If he needs to phisicaly fight he uses the horns on his winngs, clawed feet, and tail as a wip.
