The thick black marks on the dragon are its ventilation system. The inside of these flaps is coated with a shark-skin like membrane. Air filters through these, to help it maintain airborne.
Demonic cupid dragons are much heavier and shorter built than angelic. They are very trainable animals, and are often force-bred to use in war and combat. Because of the immense stress on the females from force breeding, the majority of demonic cupid dragons are male.
