Thanks :D i don't really draw pokemon often but sure! my picture was just based off of official art. but i also looked at drawings of primarina that other people drew, for example, the way I shaded the headpiece was inspired by another artist's drawing of it. I also changed the colors a little so they would look pinker. one important thing is to never be afraid to look at other people's art for guidance (as long as you're not copying the whole picture!)
