uGh there's a lot of things that I want to say but don't want to look like a ranty a.sshat and then be told I'm the one who needs to tone it down.
Because holy fffrick can people be dumb and annoying.

If you've got something to say, I'm willing to listen. I dealt with plenty of dumb stuff and ignorant people to relate.

I'm pretty sure I know who you're talking about, haha. I just saw their comment on another artist's painting, and then I also saw a comment by you on their account.
Just try not to let it get to you. Some people are just scum, but their words mean nothing, and they have no real power over you. They're worth about as much as the dirt beneath your shoes; leave them to crawl back into the a hole they came out of.
There's plenty of good people out there who support you and love your artwork (myself included) and they are far more deserving of your thoughts and attention than the empty haters are.
Remember your fans. They (and yourself, of course) are all that matter.

Oh, and personally, I'm not opposed to a long angry rant, if you feel like doing one. I do it myself all the time IRL, so it's not like it's uncommon, and it's probably warranted. ov<
