Magic comes off as a green blue shifting electricity and sparks

Horns are the purest of gold and can be broken off to just grow back longer
I hope you like it!! I apologize for it being a bit later than usual. I know you said you have a lot of blue green dragons but feel like is way different than anything and theres more purple to offset things. Hope you enjoy it!

Sorry the shading looks terrible I kinda rushed to get it posted but I did add the glow from its magic on the white skin. I really hope you like it. I was fun to draw
