These are 2 (demon) neko (cat people) OCs. Annabelle (black cat) is mine, & Cameron (white cat) is my friends. & yes ik wat nekos are, these 2 do have proper neko forms, but these OCs also have regular cat forms as well, which they are in currently. They are a couple. & also, the collars are purely just a fashion statement, nothing more & nothing less.
