The twins finished talking to the shopkeeper, Uendo. For anyone that doesn't know; Malfeasance is basically... illegal hypocrisy? A figure of importance or federal power doing something opposite to what they suggest / preach / try to prevent, usually an illegal or a socially abhored act.

There was a fire at a party in an old warehouse. Some hipster artists would crash there to paint, or something. An entire square mile's worth of citizens were confirmed dead when it burned down. (Three dozen?)

Looks like we have a name. That guy's an alleged suspect, now, just to apprehend him...
Also, 3 dozen people? That's about 36 dead from a fire. Really sad... ):
