Anyway, since being in the company of other 'monsters,' Gilan has been able to move about in his natural form (seen here), rather than trying to somehow hide his feathers while in his more human form, as he used to do. Now he is almost always in this form. (For the most part, he uses his feet as hands, flying when something needs to be carried.)
