This weapon is currently charging from a verocor cloud. Verocor is a mix of unknown high density nebula produced by an odd star when it exploded. Now once the cloud gets disturbed. The friction and forced pressure generates massive storms spanning lightyears. In this case. The stream being pulled away from the verocor cloud is enough to charge and fire the weapon.
