Basicly seperating the wheat from the chaff. Then modifying them effectively with no adverse effects. Then extreme training plays the largest part. These guys will make the muslims run. Or anyone who fights them. They have an exo. Which helps with weight and mobility. They have graphene 2d plates for armor. Which ultimately replaced kevlar for extra protection. Then they are given three commands. Assist,kill and improvise.
