This is Nia in her evolved form, it's an Eeveelution Fakemon, so credit to whoever originally created it. It's named Runeon, & has rune lettering on its feet, (4) tails, neck, & forehead. I read it online, & it said that Runeon is a Light type that evolves when leveled up holding an ancient rune stone. (btw, this is its original coloring, idk wat it'd look like as a shiny.)
