A fellow on deviantART requested this pic of a character/show I never heard of before. Turns out this was a television pilot that was turned down by Nickelodeon called "The Modifyers" and this pic in particular was the main character, Agent Xero. Odd how they declined this show but said "yes" to Breadwinners. Blech!

This looks like it could have been cool, the style reminds me of something but I'm not sure what. Oh well.
