A crazy urban legend in pokemon states that gastly is the newly made ghost of a dead clefairy,and as it evolves it starts resembling its original form........it a crazy legend, like how dittos are failed attempts of cloning mew, thus they both naturally learn transform,share their stats being even(same for everything,attack-defence),oh and same weight, too
