His feathers are really short, so it's hard to notice in the first place. I dunno if any of you guys realized this, but the reason he has feathers and not scales is because it's a joke on how people usually see dinosaurs as having scales, but they really had feathers. :0
Sure, Joey's an Alkian Core, not a dinosaur, but people in the past have asked me if he was a dinosaur, and the thought just kinda stuck. xD
