also a small tip when doing tutorials: don't erase right away, draw a little star or something that gives people enough time to read the text (don't make it too long of a break tho)
yeah on a side note I've always been a little confused with rwby's Cinder. They make her out to be such an important character but we know next to nothing about her.
Character development is important yup! And so is 'killing your darlings' too. Some time ago I had found myself dissatisfied with one of my characters, so I kept on changing things about her until I found she was a completely different person xD (in a good way) It's important for a writer to improve, but that means letting go of all of your past hard work!
