Started with the thought, "I think it'd be cool to draw Smeargle dancing." Then it took on a whole new meaning, and now I guess I really like, and relate to, this Smeargle.
I'm actually really fond of how this turned out. I might make more 'similar' things, but definitely not on Colors. Jpegs are not the prettiest.
I also plan on doing some edits on this and reposting it to DeviantArt with a caption attached.
