Go to a comforting place to calm yourself down- maybe a bathroom. Take deep breaths, inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Do this for several minutes to ease near anxiety attacks. Wash your face, or write out the issues that are causing dismay & negative thoughts. I am understanding this is a personal dillema you're going through, but do not go down in the dark and let the negative demons fuel the harsh feelings- reassure yourself. I am aware it is hard, but make sure you atleast try to settle down any feelings of intense anxiety that is hurting you. I would not know how to comtact you privately to speak with you but feel free to talk with me- if you do not wish to, I understand, but do not do anything harmful to yourself amd stay safe. You need not hide away your feelings you know of how it piles and worsens, no matter what said feeling or thought is, it's important to speak it out. If you wish to talk with anyone else, make sure you do.
Please do tell me how your therapy appointments have been going, are you still going to them? Have you two been getting along if so?
If you need support- I will just say I will happily support and be there and am always here if you feel the graving need to vent out. You may bring it up to me when ever you feel it is necessary for your health, it's okay, I know if it's too personal you really don't have to but I urge you to. You're a strong spirited person, don't let the world treat you like dirt. I aspire to be as tough as you wuth all the maddening you go through, and it's still going to be okay.
Take your time. If you wish to post all your vent art to feel better please do as you wish no one can controll you but still I know you're upset. Let it out! This is but the best medicines. Was today hard on you? You're also free to come and chat about literally anything to get your mind in a safe place. You can cry it's okay. It will be okay.

This is not distracting from the main issue but a way to remain calmer on a more uplifting note.
