Secondly, I think you're looking at ships the wrong way.
They aren't ruining personalities, they're actually drawing even more on the personalities.
You think Madalyn and Xelle, Acen and Citlali, Yuudai and Ivanna, cliff and kath were shipped "just for the heck of it"? No, it's because they were their own characters, and their interactions just naturally spurred into romance. It wasn't out of character or anything. The only times it gets out of character is when the ship is actually forced.
Honestly, you just need to be open minded about ships. They don't hurt the story, they add more to it. Why else would romance be so popular in fiction?
Besides, the only ships that "make the character relevant" are ships with characters that weren't really interesting to begin with.
People dont only care about ships in febi. There's only a few examples of that and they're the same people who force ships so its not like always been like that

Re: I was planing on having an isolated story that has little to nothing to do with the main campaign. You can consider it non canon and if people want to take things from it they are welcome. Regarding on when it happens, it's pretty ambiguous as well. The only way I could describe the time frame is, during the main campaign, AFTER Bael is well known. I don't know where to put it exactly because a lot of characters where at the tournament that hasn't actually ended? So that's why I wanted a more ambiguous place in time, so anyone could participate. If you have any ideas of when this could be taking place then by all means feel free to comment.

Also, I saw the shipping thing that Sora brought up. That doesn't concern me at all. I don't really think is affecting me so I would apretiate that you didn't throw my name or anyone's in an argument when you don't really know our opinion on the topic. Not trying to be rude, but I really try to not start any problem with anyone so I would like that others don't start problems for me. Thanks.
