You didn't think I forgot about Roxy, did you? Also, I cannot for the life of me draw latex so that part sucks. BUT! This is just shading practice. P.s. Did y'all know I'm left handed? #Roxannepony#Mlp#fim#pony#OH#MY#GERD#I#SUCK#AT#SHADING#AHH
ooooohhhhhh youre left handed? cool! my left hand is "okay" at things (ive been using it more and getting steadier with it) but it's still quite... inadequate compared to my right. lol
also those tags are a liieee. you dont suck at shading. youre just not comfortable doing it yet so you dont do intense dramatic shading. with time youll get more comfortable with it and will be doing more intense stuff :P
#accesstag you can see the gradual increase in my comfort levels with shading as you go from the oldest posts, the 2OI2 ones, to the newer 2OI4 posts.
i honestly believe you can take the same route as i :^) i think anyone can. they just have to practice, challenge themselves, research things and...importantly... have fun.
I knew a little bit of japanese. I say "knew" because I've forgotten most of it. :P I went through a bad weeaboo phase several years back. I even got a book for learning japanese... I got over that though thankfully. I still retain an interest in japan (not for anime though) and learning the japanese language, but I've decided to put that off for a while.
And I didn't realize it at the time but I spelled yoshi's japanese name incorrectly in those old pictures -the smiley face looking katakana are in the wrong order!
Also I like to help others with their art, it just pleases me so much to be able to tell someone something they might not have known (like color theory stuff) and see them go off and experiment with stuff, and, eventually, get accustomed to things and make some art that they're very pleased with. So basically, any time I can, I'll try to help you with something art related. :)
