Size you see here is when she grows large, the tallest she can get is 20 meters (roughly 65ft tall).
She hasn't been able to look like this yet, since she has no confidence in herself and she can't willingly control it. When she can finally control which size she goes to, she'll look like this when large (Not normal size or smaller, she'll look like she does in her first reference).
Changes:
-She gains two horns
-Dark swirls form on her
-She gains a 'mask'
-Her eyes become only red
-The blue in her hair becomes more noticable
-Scales disappear and either turn into the swirls/mask or more feathers
-She gains fangs.

I'm getting annoyed with my dragon scales....they look like cr ap but I have no idea how to fix them or even how to draw them, if your not too busy I would really appreciate your guidance quq

Re: yeah maybe...I was gonna draw a water dragon but I didnt like how it looked, thats why its so small now.
I'll redo it...I am NOT happy.
