Hi! Sorry for being so late to answer to your question xD
So about the poses.. well to be honnest, I really have problems with anatomy and poses most of the time xD what I do is using references. I try my best to learn anatomy, perspective and such and it really helps. I still have problems but I still improve :'D maybe hou could do the same! References and tutorial really help! There's a lot of anatomy references on tumblr if you're interested :) I think that once you know anatomy, you can draw poses.
