You'd have to mine the fuels from jupiter with some type of a balloon. You'd need Helium-3 and Deuterium fuel for this fusion rocket. It has an amazing Four-Thousand-Eight-Hundred killa newtons and produces an amazing Ten-Thousand Specific Impulses a second! Now the duration for it to reach twelve percent and would take years to build up that speed. The time estimate for the mission would be fifty years. The mission has to be done in well within a human lifetime. This thing will most definetly reach their in fifty years or less.
