This girl i had in the works for a while. Her powers used to be that of Thavma but she'd use music to make stuff. Anyway her guitar shoots Neon beams as a sort of catalyst (Like Skylo's Sword) and doubles as an axe (get it?) anyway have a great day, a better tomorrow, and The ref for her will be out soon.
