The queen of every single invading Artificial Chaos on Aposte. While the Apocalytes call her Ishtar from what they can read...her name is actually I.S.H.T.A.R., an anagram meaning "Integrated System of Hydro Thermic Anomaly Replication".

She is the Artificial Chaos project at its source, and acts like an always-fertile female, reproducing Artificial Chaos faster than they can be destroyed. Eliminating Ishtar is the key to making Cauldrex a stable Apostian region once more.
