That's pretty much what's happening here, he's taking the band into a very different direction from the music they used to play.

I think the reason Danny left was because he fugged up his vocal cords years ago from all the screaming/growling in his songs.

So his last album was more singing, I guess he just found it more enjoyable to do country.. Which left big fans of him like "WT.F DAN"

I have to admit, for a hard-core metal singer his country music isn't half bad :p

For some reason I can only imagine you listening to like 40 seconds of this song and being like 'nope' xD

X"D im more open to different kinds of music than i used to be, so i miiight just like it when i listen to it. i like stuff ranging from pop to heavy metal.
the only stuff i dont like listening to is country and rap. there are exeptions, but for the most part, nah... lol
