"Moonless night in Japan." by tabletown
(3D) tamotsu is my least popular oc by far (even though he's one of my favorites) so i want to draw a lot of him. ^^
he was raised by a single mom all his life on the outskirts of Tokyo, Japan until he was 14 and she lost her job. Bankrupt, they went to live in the States when he was 15 with Satoru and his father (his cousin and uncle). Tam can understand English but he can't write, read, or speak it, so naturally he felt left out coming to America.
