(watch playback) Ive noticed this for a while now...
It just curves. And I have calibrated it many times. (plus it won't let me draw on the left side of the screen. ) And it has been harder to type as well. Heres an example: This os the exsmple (this is the example)

Woah, that is so weird. No, that doesn't happen with my touchscreen; maybe your 3ds' screen is indented or damaged?

definitely a bug, draw really slow a circle and then draw a circle really fast and you can tell a difference. a very bad bug and it will never be updated on ios for sure. don't buy ios colors. it is only good for a browser and nothing more...trust me. a big waste of money.

It happens to me all the time but i think it just beacase i droped my 3ds on the floor too meny times (lol i am clumsy) the os thing? irs relly bsd (BAD) when it comes to ([w,e,q,s,a,x,c,f,d,r,b,z,1,3,2]basicly the left side of my screen.) I hope I will solve this problem by getting a "new 3ds" for the holidays. :) hope it helped!

you could send your DS to the Nintendo Company to ket it fix,
or you could send the Colors! Team or Nintendo help center a mail.... idk
