There are times when having fun makes me feel sick.
It could be listening to music all day, playing games, reading, or tv.
At a certain point I start to feel like I've had too much, I feel like im oozing filth, I've swallowed too much air, & what ever I had been enjoying fills me with nuasea. And then I have to quit.

Everything in moderation as they say.
