Moonflower: Undertale Oc by Ruby-Pokedex
(Sorry, I can't draw good backgrounds to save my LIFE)
Made an Undertale Monster Oc yesterday, so I drew her in a cape. This could be her in a genocide route.
Her attacks are mainly flowers separating into petal projectiles, or even her own words.
(she can only talk through echo flowers)
She's usually timid and quite jumpy/ainxious around others.
