He's actually an old character, just working on a redesign.

He can breathe fire in his beast form, but only for a short time before getting tired. If I remember right, his story was based on the butterfly effect. And he'd go into the past to change the future or something generic like that idk

His major flaw is that he couldn't care less for others or their safety. He only cares about himself and his own well-being.
