thanks Inque! well i don't have anything to upload on my blog because i don't draw very much.. i just use colors! at the moment to draw but only cause i don't have any games to play on the ds lolol
i thought you were getting paid for your art. you should be, you know? if i were that good when i was your age i would have my professional art career a long time ago. :)
@wohoo: you need to boost your confidence. i think you should start a manga webcomic. its free to do so. just look into it. who knows? you may get paid and your manga could get made into a feature film by Pixar. Ok, that last one may be a little far fetched. but, self publishing your own comic to the web isn't. i for one will read it if the story it good. :) in other words, no yaoi or hentai. and no horror, either. :( just some good old sci-fi/adventure with a little romance thrown into the mix. you can't go wrong with that. check this link for some interesting tidbits. http://drawn.ca/?s=webcomics and this link as well. http://drawn.ca/2008/04/06/how-to-make-webcomics/ let me know what you decide to do.
glad to hear that at least one person would read it though i doubt that i will ever be able to start a webcomic.. not only that i'm uncapable to think of a story, i also lack of consistency- it's hard enough for me to finish a picture, not to mention a whole comic
you are living in an emotional period of your life right now. there's got to be some melo-dramatic moments you could pen and put pencil & brush to paper to create some really kick-butt comics. i've got three stories in my head right now that i want to create and get published. if the previous links didn't inspire you then maybe these will. have a looksie. :)Page One: http://drawn.ca/2009/10/27/making-comics-with-doug-tennapel/ and, Page Two: http://tennapel.com/ I really look forward to seeing your work published. "Yes, even if I have to get it in German only. I know someone who can translate it for me." I get inspired each time I watch this video of Doug Tennapel and, I hope you will too. :)
i wil have to check out the links later.. internet on my laptop is quite slow and i can't see videos properly on it.
ah you intend to publish your comics? heh~ that's a noble aim to reach :) although i don't dream of becoming an artist, i need more motivation to draw as well
anyway, thanks for the links
your welcome. i do hope you get published someday soon. i really enjoy viewing your art. :) my motivation is my strong interest in being creative and using that creativity to express myself. After that everything else falls into place.
